New After they list: price, condition, location

  • Core Facts now walk price, condition, and location in plain language — you can't move the house; you can still work the ask and how it shows — then who looks like the better buy if something lists under or over you.
  • The Market Fingerprint walks pending and sold on those two, then shows what listed under you (they're the cheaper option) and over you (you are).
  • Logged-in Live Story: Edit opens a gold-bordered editing mode with a sticky Save/Done bar. Highlighted titles and copy are actually editable; Save stays on screen while you scroll. Restore ListLogic wording from the agent menu. Sample/demo stays read-only.
  • Print Listing Presentation is the name of the one-click landscape print (no longer “leave-behind”).

Improved Weekly Fingerprint story + Search refresh

  • The Fingerprint now opens with the similar-set filters (beds, baths, garage, size), the initial list facts, and this week’s note from the listing agent — with earlier weeks in a dropdown.
  • Walk the weeks uses the same compact photo lanes as Where they are now, not big tiles. Tap a week, then a photo.
  • Over/under language is the initial list price, not “the lock.” The public demo is one Greeley listing: the appointment and the weekly Fingerprint, with listing photos pulled for the story.
  • Search Fingerprints refresh from the live market when the API key is on the server. Upload Fingerprints still wait for this week’s MLS export.

Improved Fingerprint clocks, comps, and weekly counts

  • The board uses since generate until the home lists, then switches to since active — set the date in the agent console, or we pick it up when that address goes Active.
  • Listed, under contract, and sold are tracked both since listed and since last week’s refresh. Pending and under contract are the same bucket. “Day 0” is gone.
  • Where they are now shows price, beds, baths, and square feet, sortable by those fields. Hover a pin on Where you sit to preview the home and light it up in that set.

New Market Fingerprint

  • Every Generate opens a Market Fingerprint: Live Story, print, flipbook, plus a living seller link.
  • Stable seller URL at create. Agent console on the Fingerprint page — lock, contact, hide/revoke, weekly email, refresh or upload, mark sold.
  • Search Fingerprints auto-refresh weekly (data, not email). Weekly email stays opt-in and never auto-starts. Upload stays an explicit export.
  • Then vs now, new over/under the lock, pending/sold from day zero, price rank, photos, and a listing drawer. Talk tracks are rule-based — never a new dollar rec.

New Portal chip + weekly pulse

  • Optional Zillow estimate chip on the Live Story — it does not set the recommended list.
  • Lock a list and see new similar homes over and under that line on the report.
  • Opt-in weekly pulse email to you, the seller, or both — listing cards plus a talk track. Never auto-started on Generate.

  • New pages comparing ListLogic to Cloud CMA, Saleswise, RPR, and Moxi Present — honest side-by-sides for the listing appointment.
