Privacy Policy

This policy describes what Schwartz and Associates / SAA Homes (“we”) collect through ListLogic at https://listlogic.homes.

1. What we collect

• Account: email, name, phone, brokerage, branding (colors/logo), and login sessions.
• Usage: pages viewed, generate events, plan/checkout events (via GA4 and our server logs).
• Presentation data: MLS exports or search criteria you submit, subject property fields, and generated reports/share links.
• Billing: handled by Stripe. We store Stripe customer/subscription IDs and plan status — not full card numbers.

2. How we use it

To operate the product, send magic links and product email, process payments, improve reliability, and respond to support. We do not sell personal information.

3. Sharing

Processors we use include hosting (Railway), email delivery, analytics (Google Analytics), and Stripe. Share links you create may be viewable by anyone with the URL — treat them as client-confidential.

4. Retention

Account and run data are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, billing disputes, and legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account data by emailing us.

5. Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies for sign-in and optional analytics cookies to understand product usage. You can block analytics in your browser; core product features still work.

6. Security

We use HTTPS, session cookies, and access controls on admin tools. No method of transmission is 100% secure; report concerns to adam@saahomes.com.

7. Children’s privacy

ListLogic is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.
