The public sample at /demo is free. No purchase required.

7-day agent trial

Agent monthly checkout places a card on file and starts a 7-day trial. Cancel in the billing portal before the trial ends and you will not be charged. After conversion to paid, the first charge is non-refundable except as noted below.

Subscriptions (monthly / annual / brokerage)

• Cancel anytime — access continues through the paid period already billed.
• We do not prorate mid-cycle cancellations by default.
• If ListLogic is unavailable for a material portion of a paid month due to our outage, email us for a credit or refund review.

One-time report ($20)

One-time unlocks are digital goods delivered immediately when generation succeeds. Refunds are considered only if the product failed to deliver a usable presentation after a good-faith generate attempt — contact us within 7 days with your account email and run link.

How to cancel or request a refund

Use Manage billing in the app (Stripe Customer Portal), or email adam@saahomes.com with your account email and Stripe receipt. We typically respond within 2 business days.

Chargebacks
