Terms of Service

ListLogic (“Service”) is operated by Schwartz and Associates / SAA Homes (“we,” “us”). These Terms govern access to https://listlogic.homes and related apps, demos, and paid plans.

1. Who it’s for

ListLogic is a professional tool for licensed real estate agents and brokerages. You are responsible for complying with MLS rules, Fair Housing law, advertising rules, and your brokerage policies when you use outputs with clients.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate contact information and keep your login secure. Magic-link access is personal to you unless you are on a brokerage plan that explicitly shares seats. You may not share paid access outside your licensed team.

3. MLS data & presentations

• You supply MLS exports or public search inputs. You represent you have the right to use that data in your market.
• Outputs (interactive story, leave-behind, flipbook, PDFs) are decision-support tools, not appraisals, guarantees of sale price, or legal advice.
• You remain responsible for verifying comps, fees, and disclosures before presenting to sellers.

4. Plans, trials & billing

Paid features unlock via Stripe Checkout (trial → monthly, annual, one-time report, or brokerage seats). Trials require a card; you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel. Taxes may apply. See our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer the Service, scrape other users’ data, abuse rate limits, upload malware, or use ListLogic for unlawful discrimination or deceptive marketing.

6. Intellectual property

We own the ListLogic software, branding, and templates. You own your uploaded data and client presentations you generate. We may use anonymized, aggregated usage metrics to improve the product.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is.” Market statistics depend on the data you provide and third-party sources; results can be incomplete or outdated. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using ListLogic anytime and cancel subscriptions in the billing portal. We may suspend accounts for nonpayment or violation of these Terms.
